Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Agreement

Saturn is operated by Wilcus Industries. By using Saturn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Saturn is a hosted gateway for the Model Context Protocol. It stores the MCP server connections and credentials you configure, serves the tools they expose to your agents over a single authenticated endpoint, and holds shared memory notes for your organization. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

3. Account

Sign in is via Google. You are responsible for your account, for the agents you authorize against it, and for everything done with either.

4. Organizations

Every account belongs to at least one organization, and connections, memory and tool access are owned by the organization rather than by you personally. Anyone you invite can reach what their role allows, and an organization owner can change roles or remove members at any time. If you join an organization you do not control, the owner controls that data.

5. Communications

We may email you at the address on your account. Service and account messages are required while you hold an account and cannot be opted out of: security and emergency notices, and material changes to the service or these terms. Separately, Wilcus Industries may email all users about product announcements, such as new features; these are infrequent and you can opt out of them at any time by emailing us at the address in the Contact section or by replying to an announcement email with an opt-out request. We do not sell your address or use it for third-party marketing.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Saturn for anything unlawful, do not abuse or disrupt the service, and do not use it to harm, spam, or gain unauthorized access to third parties. You may only connect services you are authorized to access, and your use of them through Saturn must comply with their terms. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

7. Your content

You own your connections, memory notes, and configuration. You grant us the limited license needed to store them and to relay tool calls on your behalf in order to provide the service.

8. Third-party services

The MCP servers you connect are operated by their providers and governed by their terms, and you are responsible for what your agents do through them. Saturn relays calls to those servers and passes their results back verbatim; it does not verify, correct, or take responsibility for what they return. Review results before relying on them, particularly where a tool takes an action rather than reading data.

9. Paid plans

Saturn is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, pricing and any limits on free accounts will be published here and announced by email before they take effect, and you will never be charged without agreeing to a plan first.

10. Termination

You may stop using Saturn and delete your connections and data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Disclaimer and liability

Saturn is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Updates are posted on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
